  • Do I have to sign a contract?
    Not at all. You can cancel your monthly payment by giving us 30 days' notice in writing.
  • What types of membership plans do you offer?
    Our memberships are available on an annual, short-term, and monthly basis. Members have access to the gym, sauna, fitness classes and gym programmes as part of their memberships. The most popular package is our monthly membership, which costs €38 per month. In order to sign up, you pay one month up front, plus €22 to join, then €38 is deducted from your card every month Also available is a 6-month membership for €215 with an upfront payment. To sign up, just download the Glofox app and select your preferred membership.
  • What kind of equipment do you have?
    Our gym offers a wide range of fitness equipment to accommodate the diverse workout needs of our members. We have a variety of machines and weights available, including free weights, dumbbells, barbells, benches, squat racks, machine weights. Cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, Cross trainers, assault bike, Ski-erg and more.
  • Can I try the gym before I commit to a membership?
    We do not provide free trials, however, you have the option to pay for a single visit which is priced at €10. This will allow you to experience our services and facilities for one day. Please note that the €10 fee is per visit, so if you decide to return for another visit, the same fee will apply. This offers a cost-effective way to try out our services without committing to a longer-term package or membership.
  • Do you offer group classes? If so, what kind?
    Our membership includes access to a variety of fitness classes. Kettlebells, HIIT, Spinning, Zumba, among others. The Glofox app can be used to book all classes.
  • Do I need to book in advance to use the gym or can I just show up?
    While you do not need to book in advance to use the gym facilities, booking is required for our classes. To make this process simple and convenient, we have partnered with Glofox, a cutting-edge fitness management platform. Here are the steps to book a class: Register or log in to your Glofox account. You can view the timetable of classes available at Verve Gym. Choose the class you want to attend and the preferred time slot, then click 'Book'. Should you need any assistance, our team at Verve Gym is always ready to help.
  • What are your opening hours?
    Mon-Thurs 6am-10pm, Friday 6am-9pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm, Sundays 9-5pm
  • Are lockers available for use?
    Lockers are provided in the changing rooms for your convenience and we recommend securely storing all personal belongings. To ensure the safety of your items, it is necessary to use padlocks on the lockers. Please bring a padlock with you if you wish to lock up your belongings.
  • Is there a joining fee?
    Yes, there is a joining fee of €22. Upon initial signup, this is a one-time payment.
  • What measures are you taking to ensure the gym is safe and clean, especially considering COVID-19?
    The gym is taking appropriate steps to sanitise and ensure the health and safety of its members. There are lots of sanitising stations around the gym. Hand sanitisation is a crucial step in the process of disinfecting gym facilities. Therefore, the availability of sanitiser stations around the gym helps to ensure that members can easily clean their hands, which is particularly important in a gym environment where multiple individuals touch the same surfaces and equipment. All equipment is cleaned multiple time day. The practice of sanitising machines throughout the day is crucial, as it helps to prevent the spread of harmful germs.
  • Is there parking available?
    All members get up to 3 hours free parking at the Boroimhe Shopping Centre.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ? (Demo)
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Get Started” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer? (Demo)
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click ‘Manage FAQ’ button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’
